Catholic Apologist, Mr. Vic Scaravilli, shows why the Mormon theology concerning the Great Apostasy of the Roman Catholic Church is not supported by the Bible.

This video is an excerpt from the course, Understanding the Bible, particularly, the section concerning the First Book of Kings. Many prophets were sent by God to preach to the divided Northern and Southern Kingdoms, which split shortly after the reign of King Solomon. The Northern Kingdom of Israel was not in favor with God, unlike the Southern Kingdom of Judah.

Amos was one of the prophets sent to preach repentance to the Northern Kingdom.
